The Day Block event venue is a short walk from Minneapolis landmarks like Gold Medal Park, The Guthrie Theatre, and the Stone Arch Bridge. There is both historic and new architecture along the Mississippi River which make exceptional sites for wedding portraits. Inside the building, high ceilings, exposed brick, and wood floors make decorating easy and elegant.

The Day Block Brewing Company

Choose your own caterer or add some craft-beer flavor to your wedding with offerings from our neighbor the Day Block Brewing Company. Conveniently located on the first floor of the Day Block Building, the brewery can provide on-site food and beverage catering for your big day. In addition to catering, the brewery's Tap Room is the perfect venue for a casual cocktail hour before your reception or for stand-alone events like rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, and gift-opening brunches.
