Rental Information


Music must conclude at 11:00 pm and the event must end by midnight unless special arrangements have been made.


No more than 250 guests. See our floor plan for details.


You can use any licensed food caterer you would like (outside catering fees may apply). Day Block Event Center approval is required for outside food vendors, so please check before hiring. If you will be providing/selling alcohol at your event, you'll need to utilize Day Block Brewing Company's beverage service.

The Day Block Brewing Company on the 1st floor has catering and beverage services. They’re a great option for your catering needs for food or beverage service.

Tables & Chairs are included in our rental rates.

We currently have:

  • Ten 24-inch round cocktail tables
  • Twenty+ 96-inch rectangular banquet tables

  • Wood bar
  • Decorative wine barrels, assorted sizes
